Market Objective

One of our key objectives is to continue to develop a unique thriving market environment which stands out for having quality food. The market director will make the final decisions on which vendors will trade at GNM.
Where two vendors apply who are selling similar products the market director will decide which vendor will trade. Factors influencing this decision will include but not be limited to:

  1. Quality
  2. Presentation
  3. Sustainability practices
  4. Uniqueness and differentiation
  5. Locality

E.g. Local vendors may be given preference, however when an out of town vendor with the same product excels on all other factors they may be given preference to vend.
